Subprocessors & provider agreements
We use a small number of providers to run FastFix. Each one only processes personal data on our documented instructions, under a written data processing agreement that covers confidentiality, security, sub-processing, assistance with data subject requests, breach notification and deletion or return of data at the end of the contract.

Garages are not processors
When you book, the garage receives your details as an independent controller so it can carry out the work and keep its own service records. Its own privacy notice applies to that processing. Garages accept the FastFix mechanic agreement, which requires them to use customer data only to deliver the booking and to keep it confidential.
